1. General Policy
At AI TALIM, we are committed to delivering high-quality, Islamic-values-aligned learning experiences. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please review the following refund terms carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Online Courses
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, if no more than 20% of the course has been completed.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of these items (eBooks, PDFs, Downloads), refunds are not available once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
Workshops or Live Sessions
Refunds can be requested at least 48 hours before the event. No refunds will be issued after the session has started or ended.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Completion of more than 20% of any course.
- For downloaded digital products (e.g., PDFs, eBooks).
- Refund request is made after the eligible time window.
- Violation of Terms of Use, such as misuse or unauthorized access.
4. Refund Process
Request Submission
Send an email to care@katibmedia.com including your name, purchase reference, and reason for refund. Optionally, message us via our Facebook Page Messenger.
Review Period
Your refund request will be thoroughly reviewed by our support team within 5 business days of submission.
Refund Issuance
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (transaction charges may apply).
5. Special Circumstances
In rare cases like Technical glitches, Duplicate payments, or Unauthorized transactions, please contact us immediately.
We will handle the issue on a case-by-case basis, prioritizing fairness and Islamic ethics.
6. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to revise this policy at any time to reflect operational or legal changes. Major changes will be prominently announced on our platform and dashboard.
